Analytics Data

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with our platform. This includes feature adoption, usage patterns, and performance metrics. PostHog data is anonymized and used solely to improve our product.

• Process your transactions and manage subscriptions

Market Data & Anonymization

TrendStruct aggregates construction permit data from public sources and our PermitDashboard network. All market intelligence data is:

• Anonymized with a minimum of 30+ samples before inclusion
• Aggregated at city/region level only
• Never linked to specific contractors or companies
• Presented in value ranges, not exact amounts

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) from permit data sources.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Service Providers

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Resend: Transactional emails (alerts, reports)
• PostHog: Product analytics
• Telnyx: SMS alerts (if enabled)

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TrendStruct, our users, or others.

Data Security

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account cancellation, we retain data for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently delete personal information. Aggregated, anonymized market data may be retained indefinitely for historical analysis.
